As a child I remember playing out side and it didn't seem to matter how hot it was, stopping to get a drink was not an option. I had no desire to quit what I was doing to grab a drink. How ever, when it was PE at school and we had to run laps I never had a problem stopping to get some water. It was a quick fix. After a one mile run at a track meet, there was NOTHING that could separate me from reaching the water cooler. I had a great desire and thirst. Who are you today? Are you too distracted to look for God? Or is God just a quick fix and a temporary solution? Or is God your souls greatest desire and the thirst of your life? The question is how thirsty are you for God?
